Do Botox Injections Hurt?
Most of our patients report that their BOTOX® treatments did not hurt when administered by an experienced practitioner, like Dr. Sneed and the expert staff at Aesthetica Med Spa. The treatment only takes about 15 minutes and there is no down-time. You can easily have BOTOX® done over lunch and can return to work with little to no sign of the treatment. In some cases there may be a few small welts lasting about 15 minutes right after the injections have been administered, however, they should recede quickly. We understand that some patients are scared of needles. Our office uses very small needles that are common for insulin injections, so you will barely feel a sting. The benefits of Botox far outweigh any apprehension you may have when considering this treatment. Will I Still Be Able To Smile After Getting BOTOX®?
